Employment

Every person should have the means to provide for their own support. Everyone who works should reap all the benefit and profit of their labors. Through their chosen trade or profession an individual can provide all that they desire or need. While the rewards of the labor of a physician may be greater than those of a custodian and give that person all they desire. Any worker has the right to expect their labors will always provide for their needs. People who want to work should be given work. If their trade will not serve them where they live, then they should be given new skills to meet the local labor demands. A person ready, willing and able to work should never be without a job. A person who can not work should be cared for for those who can. A person who will not work should not profit from the labors of those who do.

The New Constitution will provide that any citizen who wants to work will never be left with nothing to do.
